Providing notarial services to businesses and individuals in Reading and its surrounding areas since 2009

I know that when a person needs a notary, it is usually because they or their business are involved in a transaction overseas and they need help quickly.

My aim is to provide an efficient, tailor-made, value for money service, to my clients. To achieve this I work with my clients and their overseas advisors, so that that they can get their transaction over the line as soon as possible.

In addition to assisting in the notarisation of the documentation required, I can provide a comprehensive legalisation service, often called the “Apostille” process, by which the signature and seal of a notary is authenticated by the FCDO and in some cases the relevant foreign embassy. Following which I can arrange for the documentation to be couriered to its final destination – a complete end-to-end service. I finds this helps my clients to focus on the other elements of their transaction.

I work independently as a notary public and whilst I meet clients at the offices of the solicitors practice Field Seymour Parkes LLP (where until 1 April 2023 I was a Partner in the Business Services Team) my notarial business is completely independent of the solicitors’ practice.
