I know that when a person needs a notary, it is usually because they or their business are involved in a transaction overseas and they need help quickly.

My aim is to provide an efficient, tailor-made, value for money service, to my clients so that their transaction can complete as soon as possible.

In addition to assisting in the notarisation of the documentation required, I can provide a comprehensive legalisation service, often called the “Apostille” process, by which the signature and seal of a notary is authenticated by the FCDO and in some cases the relevant foreign embassy. Following which I can arrange for the documentation to be couriered to its final destination– a complete end-to-end service. I finds this helps my clients to focus on the other elements of their transaction.

Clients

I act for businesses and organisations of any size. These range from multi-national companies and their UK based subsidiaries through to family or owner managed business, charities, and associations. I also act for individuals who are often involved in overseas transactions involving property, job/visa/sponsorship applications and consents to travel.

Legalisation / Apostille

Legalisation is the process by which the signature and seal of a notary are authenticated by the FCDO by the issuance of an “Apostille”. In some cases, a certificate is also needed by a foreign embassy.

I can provide, if required, a comprehensive legalisation service, which can include couriering the document to its final destination – an end-to-end service.
